Do I need to book in advance?

No, however, it is the only way to secure a spot for you in your local arena, although our arena’s are huge and filled with wall to wall trampolines, we can get really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend you to book online if possible. Why do I need to wear Flip Out grip socks?

Flip Out Grip socks have been specially designed to increase grip on our trampolines, reducing the risk of injury.

How safe is it?

Flip Out has strict safety rules which are on display throughout our arena. The staff are first aid trained and on site at all times to keep you and others safe.

How old do you have to be to jump?

All ages are welcome to Flip Out. If you are 18 years old your parent of guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not have to be present when you visit the park. All under 5’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the arena, but the adults don’t have to bounce.

How long before my jump time starts do I need to arrive?

All Flippers must arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allow for check-in, completing the waiver and reading our safety rules.

What should I wear?

To Flip Out you need to wear comfortable clothes; sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted on trampolines. Please note, it is essential that Flip Out grip socks are worn; you will not be able to Flip Out without a pair! (Purchase information explained in following FAQ).

Do you accept groups in the form of Schools, Clubs, Charities or Youthgroups?

Yes! Get in touch with your local arena to organise!
This is dependant on availability. And we are not able to offer concessions during holiday periods.

Can I just come and watch?

Yes, you can access the viewing platform / Café free of charge. Refreshments and food are available to purchase in our cafés.

What is the minimum age to Flip Out?

People of all ages are welcome at Flip Out.

For a children’s group/party booking how many parents/guardians must be present?

We require a minimum of 1 parent/guardian to be present per 10 children.

Is there a maximum weight limit?

Our manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 125kg.

Can I cancel my booking?

If you wish to cancel your booking please contact the arena at least 7 days in advance. If you need to change your booking please contact the arena at least 48 hours in advance.
